Our Programs
Our training programs are built to develop strong ball-handling fundamentals while boosting confidence, control, and game-ready skills that translate directly to on-court performance. Using a progressive training model, we meet players where they are and push them forward through focused, intentional dribble work.

Ages 8–11 | Beginner
This program builds on fundamental dribbling skills with increased emphasis on control, coordination, and movement. Players begin learning change-of-pace dribbles, ball protection, and simple game scenarios to develop confidence and consistency.

Ages 11–14 | Middle School
Focused on strengthening ball-handling fundamentals while introducing more advanced dribble moves and decision-making. Training emphasizes speed, control, and reacting under pressure to help players transition skills into real game situations.

Ages 14–18 | High School
Designed for competitive players looking to sharpen their handle at game speed. Athletes work on advanced dribble combinations, ball control under defensive pressure, and situational training that directly translates to high-level on-court performance.

1-on-1 Training Sessions
More direct focus and feedback to enhance your specific skills in a smaller group.
Please note: Our 1-on-1 Training is one on one with another player of similar skill. It is taught by our trainers but is only for a maximum of 2 players.

Private Sessions
You, a trainer and the time of your choice for a specific skill training session.

Elite / Advanced Track
High-intensity training for advanced players focused on precision, efficiency, and mastery. Sessions emphasize game-speed execution, creativity, and decision-making against live defensive pressure.
